Commercial & Residential Loss Control Consultant-Independent Contractor

Job Responsibilities Independent contractor needed to conduct physical on site field inspections and Loss Control services for our customers. Our job is to assist our clients in making the right underwriting decisions. Your job will be to provide the construction of the risk, provide exterior measurements to obtain square footage, take photographs showing hazards and conditions of the property insured, and to provide details of the insured operations. Inspectors set their own hours and must organize their time to meet our clients needs and deadlines. Qualifications Motivated people are needed and must be willing to travel to areas assigned so economical transportation is recommended. Good verbal and composition skills as well. The tools you will need would include a computer with broadband internet, digital camera, measuring wheel, and a valid drivers license.
