Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Medford, OR (97501)

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday (possible OT)

What's the Job?

Pulling orders and preparing them for shipment
Moving products within the warehouse using a sit-down forklift
Sweeping and cleaning the work area to maintain safety and organization
Loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles
Interacting directly with customers to ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
Dependability with excellent attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and pulling
Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management (preferred)
Quick learner with product knowledge or the ability to acquire it rapidly
