Job Description This is a remote position. McBride International is growing rapidly within the international defense sector. We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support strategic hiring initiatives crucial to our market expansion. The ideal recruiter for this role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, displaying the persistence and grit necessary to navigate challenging talent markets while meeting critical hiring targets. Candidates must belong to an EU/NATO member nation and be comfortable with flexible hours, as necessary, to meet deadlines. Full time remote (within one hour of Central European Time Zone) position. Requirements Candidates must display Experience recruiting cleared Defense resources Excellent communication skills to engage both internal stakeholders and prospective candidates Strong work ethic while pushing to meet demanding goals Acute attention to detail for a seamless candidate experience Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex challenges and drive efficient outcome What to expect in this role Hit the ground running on day one and quickly integrate into the Talent Acquisition team leveraging prior expertise to seamlessly manage and advance existing pipelines for key positions within the NATO/International Defense Sector Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies and deploy diverse sourcing methodologies to build robust talent pipelines for a broad range of roles.
