Patient Access Specialist

One Full time position available Monday - Friday Anywhere from 5:30am-5:00pm

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience of one to two years of general office work with varied clerical experience required
• Must be able to apply personal and professional judgment to situations as they occur
• Computer knowledge of Window applications, email, and network system
• Human relations skills to use tact and diplomacy in contacts with employees and the public
• Verbal ability to receive and impart accurate information.

Essential Job Duties:

• Collects demographic, guarantor and coverage information via the telephone or in person
• Responsible for multiple work queues
• Effectively promote positive customer service
• Skilled communication and interviewing techniques
