We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Systems Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR information systems to ensure they effectively support the organization's human capital management efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. You will work closely with HR, IT, and payroll teams to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, implement system upgrades, and provide user training and support. This role requires the ability to analyze HR data, generate insightful reports, and recommend system improvements that enhance overall operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in system configuration, testing, and integration with other enterprise solutions. ### **Responsibilities**
* Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to coordinate system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
* Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
* Provide training and technical support to HR staff and end-users for effective utilization of HR systems and tools.
* Develop and generate customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
* Participate in the testing and implementation of new HR technology solutions and system upgrades.
* Manage user access rights and security protocols to safeguard confidential employee information.
### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
* Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR data and generate actionable insights.
* Proficiency in SQL, data reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system-related issues effectively.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to train users and collaborate across departments while maintaining confidentiality.
