If you're someone who enjoys ownership, moves with urgency, and wants to make a measurable impact, you'll fit right in.You'll be responsible for leading an entire production facility, partnering directly with executive leadership, and helping scale operations as the company continues its aggressive growth.This is an opportunity to build—not simply maintain.What You'll Be DoingLead daily operations across a growing manufacturing facility while driving safety, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team across multiple shifts.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and capacity.Partner closely with leadership to support continued growth and help scale the operation.Own production metrics and KPIs while using data to improve performance.Work cross-functionally with production, shipping, inventory, customer service, and leadership teams.Help create processes, systems, and best practices as the company continues to grow.Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.What We're Looking ForWe're less concerned with finding someone who has spent 25 years doing things one way.We're looking for someone who wants to build something special.You might be an Operations Manager ready to lead a larger operation, or an experienced production leader looking for the opportunity to make a bigger impact.You'll likely be successful if you have:Operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing, print, signage, packaging, or custom production environment.Experience leading multiple production shifts and developing production teams.A hands-on leadership style with the ability to solve problems on the production floor.Strong process improvement and continuous improvement experience.Experience using production metrics and KPIs to drive operational performance.Exposure to ERP systems and production reporting.The ability to move quickly, think independently, and take ownership.Bonus Points If You Have Experience WithPrint-on-demand manufacturingCommercial printing or signageWarehouse or fulfillment operationsLTL shipping and logisticsEpicor or other ERP platformsStartup or high-growth manufacturing environmentsType: Direct HireCategory: Management/OperationsDate Posted:
