Registered Nurse Telemetry

$3304.80/week -

Job Summary:

This per diem RN position requires the candidate to work during a scheduled strike, including onboarding before the strike date. The role involves providing specialized nursing care in telemetry units, adhering to strict compliance and certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate and deliver patient care in the telemetry department, monitoring cardiac and vital signs.
  
  
• 
  Report for onboarding and attend orientation to qualify for strike work.
  
  
• 
  Float between units as needed to support staffing demands.
  
  
• 
  Complete accurate documentation and timesheets for all shifts worked.
  
  
• 
  Maintain active nursing license and required certifications throughout the assignment.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols during all clinical activities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess an active registered nurse license valid in the state of employment.
  
  
• 
  Hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate recent experience in telemetry nursing or relevant clinical care.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work the strike shift dates, including overnight hours.
  
  
• 
  Provide proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or attest to vaccination/declination.
  
  
• 
  Be flexible to float across units and adapt to changing staffing needs.
