Job Summary and Qualifications Establishes work schedules • Manage the ordering of supplies and services to maintain expenses within budget. Oversees accomplishment of services • Respond to building system casualties and takes immediate action to restore services • Tracks preventive maintenance to ensure Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics accomplish assigned tasks within the month assigned • Assigns tasks and repairs to Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics and verifies that assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner • Assesses training needs and arranges for needed training • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
