Inside Parts Sales Representative

Faris Machinery is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Inside Parts Sales Representative to join our team at our Commerce City (Branch 1) location.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product Support and plays a critical role in supporting our customers, technicians, and field sales team. The role is focused on delivering timely, accurate parts solutions that help keep our customers’ equipment operating efficiently.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Range: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (hourly position), based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer parts inquiries (phone, email, and walk-in)
• Assist customers in identifying correct parts for paving, compaction, and related equipment
• Prepare and follow up on quotes; convert opportunities into orders
• Coordinate with Service, Rental, and Sales teams to support jobs in progress
• Manage parts orders, availability, backorders, and estimated delivery timelines
• Support preventative maintenance kits and lifecycle-driven parts solutions
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and parts systems
• Communicate proactively with customers to minimize downtime and delays

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in inside sales, parts counter, or customer support (heavy equipment, automotive, fleet, or industrial preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach when working with technicians, sales teams, and leadership
• Mechanical aptitude or industry knowledge preferred
