Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant The Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while accurately recording orders and data. This position will offer an 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule and will pay be $18/hr. Previous experience in a customer service role is required. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant On a timely basis, accurately perform order entry using customer provided purchase orders Review and verify all documents for accuracy and completeness Provide excellent customer service and support, demonstrating prompt and courteous service, order accuracy and follow-up.
