Key Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in the Operating Room setting
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS preferred
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and perioperative nursing standards
• Adaptability and excellent communication skills necessary for a fast-paced surgical environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Prepare, maintain, and account for surgical instruments and supplies
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the surgical experience
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
