Job Summary The Inventory Associate is responsible for vehicle clean‑up and general labor throughout the facility. This role prepares vehicles for inventory per company guidelines, maintains accuracy and cleanliness standards, performs general facility maintenance, and provides excellent service to Copart customers. Responsibilities Complete work orders daily Assist members with jump‑starting cars Escort customers Drive vehicles in and out of the facility Clean, vacuum, and wash vehicles according to criteria Shrink‑wrap vehicles for storage Secure personal documents according to criteria Maintain a clean yard Manage spill response Maintain a neat, organized building/shop Maintain a safe working environment according to criteria Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Ability to work outdoors in all seasons General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Driver’s license preferred Bilingual skill a plus Pay Pay $17.12 - $19.29 per hour Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision 401(k) plus a company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – no cost to you Vacation & Sick pay Paid Company Holidays Life and AD&D Insurance Discounts and many other employee benefits Equal Employment Opportunity & E‑Verify Copart is an equal opportunity employer.
