These positions will primarily be located in Midland , MI . Responsibilities Manage customer prioritization and product allocationprocessduring regional order control situations. Manage monthly volume forecasts. OMP data management – tracking/managing allocations & forecasts. Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply tomaintaincontinuous integrated resolution of issues as they arise, as well asday to daythreats and opportunities to the plan. Qualifications A minimum ofabachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking. A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. A minimum requirement fortheseU.S. based positionsis the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. Skills Analytical Thinking: Ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret data from multiple sources toidentifytrends, assess business performance, and support decision-making. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align demand plans and achieve organizational goals. Problem Solving: Abilitytoidentifydemand risks, forecast variances, and operational challenges, and develop practical solutions to improve performance and mitigate business impacts. Business Acumen: Understanding ofcommercial drivers, customer behaviors, and market dynamics to evaluate demand trends and support profitable business decisions.
