Integrated Digital Media Associate Paid Media Full-time Entry-level Dallas TX Here at LERMA/, we are hardcore anthropologists and technophiles. It is this insatiable appetite for what’s next that shapes everything we do from traditional to digital. LERMA/ is seeking a media associate to support our teams in social, programmatic, and search. This role is designed to provide hands‑on platform experience, build strong campaign execution skills, and develop a foundation in integrated media strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up media billing trackers, steward the billing process, reconcile invoices, and actualize dollars on an ongoing basis Assist with campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and launch across paid media platforms. Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, escalating issues proactively. Pull and organize campaign performance reports and dashboards to inform insights and optimization recommendations. Support the planning process through audience, keyword, and competitive research. Coordinate creative assets, tracking parameters, and campaign documentation. Review and reconcile invoices and support the billing process. Participate in internal training and platform certification programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

0-2 years of experience working in paid media advertising comprised of media planning and/or buying, including internships An internship with an advertising/media agency or in a digital marketing role is highly desired Prior experience using excel for data management and/or budgeting a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to pull actionable insights from sets of data Excellent attention to detail
