Project Manager

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (based on experience) Is this your perfect fit? What your future day will look like: Plan and manage industrial construction projects, including scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets Provide day-to-day leadership and support to project teams and field personnel Coordinate with clients, subcontractors/vendors, internal departments, and employees to maximize project operations Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track Review/manage change orders, purchase orders, and submittals Ensure projects meet safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards Visit project sites on a regular basis to support field operations and personnel ensuring projects are being executed properly Oversee material purchasing, equipment coordination, billing and proper documentation Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing questions and providing project updates Benefits Offered: Company vehicle Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) with company match Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Degree or technical training in construction management is highly preferred 3+ years of industrial construction project management experience Proficiency managing project schedules, labor/subcontractor planning, and material procurement/sourcing Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related software We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
