Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver / STNA / CNA to provide personalized, non-medical in-home care to seniors. In this role, you will lead by example, offering assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. You’ll help develop and follow care plans, document observations, and communicate changes to the office and families.
