Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary

The Systems Analyst bridges business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and designing systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and existing systems
Gather, document, and validate requirements
Develop functional specs, workflows, and process maps
Recommend system improvements and enhancements
Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders
Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Assist with testing, debugging, and issue resolution
Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations

Required Skills

Technical communication

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with enterprise systems and integrations
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
