• 24-hour call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
• 7 - 10 calls per 24-hour shift
• Hospital setting -- privileges required
• 70% spine surgery, 30% cranial surgery
• Common cases: lumbar laminectomy, ACDF, spinal deformity
• Craniotomy for hematoma, tumor, and shunt placement
• General neurosurgery skills required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
