Oversee sales, marketing, and occupancy goals to achieve full lease-up and sustained growth. Manage financial performance including revenue, expense control, and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding Charter’s mission and standards. Build and mentor a strong, compassionate team dedicated to serving seniors with purpose and joy. Represent Charter Senior Living in the community through outreach and partnership development. What You’ll Bring Proven success as an Executive Director or Licensed Administrator in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting. Demonstrated achievement in sales growth and financial management . Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience opening or leading a new community (lease-up) preferred but not required.
