Rental Fleet Clerk - FT

If you enjoy staying organized, keeping records accurate, and supporting fast‑moving operations, and you’re detail‑oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, join the Avis Budget Group team as a Rental Fleet Clerk. Responsibilities Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet. Support the movement of vehicles between locations. Maintain accurate records related to vehicle status and documentation. Maintain records for vehicle registrations, license plates, stickers, and keys. Process invoices. Answer phones. Communicate with internal teams and external partners. Assist with any additional clerical tasks as needed. Perks Bi‑weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage). On‑the‑job training. Paid time off. Medical, dental, and other insurance. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). Willingness to work outdoors on occasion or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise. Flexibility to work all shifts. Must be able to continuously sit, type, talk, hear, move throughout the location, and drive a variety of vehicles as needed. Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Regular, on‑site presence required; cannot be performed remotely. 6 months office clerical experience or familiarity with automotive parts and tools is a bonus.
