Our client, a leading organization in the data management industry, is seeking a Part time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Part time Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, providing essential services that keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organization, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Part time Administrative Assistant Location: Anderson, SC Pay Range: 15hr Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays What's the Job? Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting visitors at the data center. Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organized records. Maintain office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary materials. What's Needed? Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and email effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
