Shift Details
Monday - Friday schedule
Patient contact hours: 40 per week
Clinic days: 5 days supporting OR
Shift length: 8 hours
Procedure/OR days: Monday - Friday
On call available if willing, once trained

Requirements
Must be within driving distance to facility in Iowa
Board Certified
Active Iowa CRNA License or active IMLC
Clean malpractice/background history with no settled, pending, or dismissed cases
NPDB report required (pulled within the last month or within 90 days)


Assignment Details
Inpatient responsibilities required
Number of physicians: 2
CRNA practices independently
4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, and 1 OB Suite
Typical volume: 50-55 cases per week
Medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy available
EMR: EPIC
Facility Trauma Level: Level IV Community Trauma Care Facility
General, GI, and Orthopedic cases make up the majority of the caseload
No Head or Heart cases
