What We Offer * $20-$50 per hour (based on experience & skill level) * $1,000 Sign-On Bonus * Performance incentives * Company vehicle (for qualified technicians) * Paid holidays * Year-round, steady work Position Responsibilities * Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems * Present repair and replacement options to homeowners * Educate customers on solutions and system improvements * Sell services and upgrades ethically and professionally * Complete service documentation accurately * Maintain a clean and professional job site * Represent Precision Air Conditioning and Heating LLC with integrity Requirements * Minimum 1 years of residential HVAC experience * EPA Certification * Valid driver's license with a good driving record * Clean background check * Ability to pass a drug test prior to employment * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Ability and willingness to sell services to customers Who We're Looking For * Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship * Professionals who value honesty and strong customer relationships * Self-motivated individuals who want to grow * Team players who want long-term stability
