Known for its operational excellence, innovation, and strong market position, the organization continues to invest in growth, advanced manufacturing technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.Job DescriptionThe Director of Operations will report into the Vice President and be responsible for:Provide strategic leadership for global manufacturing operations, procurement, and supply chain management.Develop and execute long-term operational strategies that support business growth and profitability goals.Establish manufacturing objectives and performance measures aligned with corporate strategic initiatives.Lead operational optimization efforts with a strong focus on simplification, efficiency, and scalability.Build and implement systems that drive operational excellence and sustainable business performance.Improve on-time delivery performance, reduce backlogs, and increase overall productivity.Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, HR, and Marketing leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote global best practice sharing and establish advanced operational standards across facilities.Drive innovation through the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing advancements.Lead and coordinate global operations projects and transformation initiatives.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced education is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience within industrial manufacturing environments.Experience leading complex manufacturing operations, supply chain, and procurement organizations.Demonstrated success implementing lean, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.Proven ability to influence across global organizations and drive change effectively.Bilingual capabilities are considered an advantage.What's on OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits planCareer growth opportunitiesAccess to high level management401K matchExcellent work life balance
