Documents patient care and observations timely and appropriately. Participates in end-of-life care for patients and families.Informs the registered nurse of any changes in the patient's condition.Follows the schedule of care, including making several visits per day with travel.Assists patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Monitors and records vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
