Hotel General Manager - New Marriott Property

Be part of something exciting from the ground up! We're seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of a brand-new Fairfield by Marriott in York, NE. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with Marriott brand experience. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations-including staffing, training, sales and marketing, financial management, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance-to ensure the hotel's successful debut and long-term profitability. What You'll Do Oversee all activities - staffing, training, brand setup, and operations. Drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance. Build and mentor a top-performing team focused on service excellence. Partner with Marriott support teams to ensure a smooth and continued brand success. Develop strong local relationships and lead revenue-building initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr CUSA, LLC
