Governance & Digitalization Lead

Key Responsibilities Governance Operating System: Design and implement governance cadence, decision rights, and KPI framework; establish escalation and action tracking processes; ensure consistency and transparency in performance management. Standardization of Ways of Working: Develop and deploy standard work, templates, and playbooks; harmonize practices across ExM verticals and functions; drive adoption through change management and training. Digitalization of CMO Relationships: Define digital strategy aligned with CMO segmentation; enable dashboards, shared workflows, and data visibility; partner with IT to implement secure collaboration tools. Strategic Roadmap & Control Tower: Own transformation roadmap governance and reporting; provide insights for prioritization and decision‑making; ensure alignment across functions and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field. 8–12+ years in pharma/biotech operations or external manufacturing. Strong experience in governance design and digital transformation. Skills Operating model design. Stakeholder management. Data and digital mindset. Executive communication.
