Gerente de Workforce Programs
El Director(a) de Workforce Programs será responsable de ejecutar el modelo operacional de empleabilidad de los programas cortos alineados a Workforce Pell, asegurando que los estudiantes sean gestionados conforme al funnel de colocaciones, que los patronos sean activados y que la documentación requerida sea completada de manera consistente.
Responsabilidades principales
El Director(a) de Workforce Programs tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Implementar el funnel de colocaciones para los programas cortos;
- Coordinar la validación de empleabilidad de cada programa; Desarrollar y mantener actualizado el pipeline de empleo;
- Identificar patronos por industria y programa;
- Documentar interacciones con patronos;
- Coordinar referidos a oportunidades laborales;
- Monitorear el progreso de los estudiantes dentro del funnel;
- Asegurar que cada estudiante cuente con intervención documentada;
- Coordinar con la Gerente de Desarrollo Profesional y Licenciamiento las capacitaciones aplicables;
- Preparar reportes de avance, ejecución y resultados;
- Identificar desviaciones en el proceso y presentar recomendaciones.
- Apoyar la preparación de evidencia para cumplimiento institucional.
- Asegurar que la gestión esté alineada con la política institucional del CDP.
Requisitos del puesto
- Grado de maestría en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Educación Superior, Desarrollo Organizacional, Workforce Development o área relacionada.
- Experiencia en empleabilidad, reclutamiento, desarrollo de fuerza laboral o Career Services.
- Experiencia directa con patronos o sectores industriales.
- Conocimiento del mercado laboral y de procesos de contratación.
- Capacidad para manejar datos, métricas y reportes.
- Dominio del idioma inglés oral y escrito.
- capacidad para coordinar con múltiples áreas institucionales.
- Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
- Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas o sistemas de gestión estudiantil.
- Experiencia en documentación de procesos, preferiblemente en ambientes regulados.
- Dominio completo del idioma español e inglés.
