Territory Support Representative

Introduction South QLD & Northern NSW Territory (Gold Coast/Coomera Preferred) Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided Do you enjoy getting out on the road, working directly with customers, and helping retailers grow their business? We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Territory Support Representative to take ownership of a well-established territory across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW. This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be the face of the GME brand in your territory, working closely with retailers, training store teams, building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping our customers maximise sales success. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating momentum, and making a visible impact from day one. Description What You'll Be Doing As the primary point of contact for your territory, you'll be responsible for supporting existing customers while driving new opportunities and market growth. Your day-to-day will include: Visiting customers across automotive, outdoor recreation, boating, fishing, and aftermarket retail channels. Building strong partnerships with retail managers, store teams, and key decision-makers. Conducting product training to help customers confidently sell and recommend GME products. Implementing merchandising initiatives and ensuring products are presented effectively in-store. Managing key accounts and identifying opportunities to expand customer spend and product range. Maintaining a structured call cycle and territory plan. Identifying new business opportunities throughout the region. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends. Managing customer interactions through Salesforce CRM. Working closely with Marketing, Key Accounts, and Sales teams to execute business initiatives and customer programs Skills And Experiences What We’re Looking For We're seeking someone who builds credibility quickly, follows through on commitments, and enjoys balancing relationship management with commercial outcomes. You’ll bring: Proven experience in territory sales, account management, field sales, or retail sales support. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively. Experience achieving sales targets and KPI-driven outcomes. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence delivering product training and presentations. Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce. A proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Highly Regarded Experience within automotive aftermarket, communications, electronics, marine, 4WD, outdoor recreation, or retail industries. Experience in merchandising and retail operations. Existing relationships within relevant retail channels. Experience attending trade shows, customer events, or industry exhibitions Why GME?
