An Legal Assistant you will provide administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals, assist with file management, client communication, and document preparation, and help ensure cases progress efficiently through the pre-litigation process. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a stable employment history. Key Responsibilities Open and manage legal files in a case management system Prepare, scan, and organize legal documents and authorizations Request and follow up on medical records, insurance information, and reports Draft and send correspondence Maintain organized client files and manage incoming/outgoing mail Assist with demand package preparation and document assembly Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Support paralegals and attorneys with administrative tasks Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient computer skills and attention to detail Prior administrative or legal support experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Addy Global Solutions
