Summary The Housekeeping Support Associate provides daily cleaning and maintenance of the Indianapolis Gallery to ensure a pristine guest experience. This role performs routine and deep-clean tasks, light exterior maintenance, and assists with upkeep of equipment and stock areas. The associate partners with the gallery team to uphold quality standards and deliver first-class service. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning: vacuum floors, tidy rooms, remove trash, and restock pantries Polish furniture and deep clean rugs, floors, windows, and walls Deep clean and refresh restrooms Conduct light exterior maintenance and landscaping Assist with moving, organizing, and maintaining equipment and stock areas Build and maintain partnerships with gallery team members to support operations Requirements Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to first-class service Mental flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail focused Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs using proper techniques Ability to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room, and office; prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
