What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll provide compassionate, quality care while helping improve the health and well-being of an underserved patient population.

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and monitor patient progress
• Assess symptoms and communicate changes to providers
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Maintain thorough documentation and nursing care plans
• Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent medical needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team while practicing within Tennessee Scope of Practice guidelines
