Labor & Delivery - Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Dickson, TN

Job-type: Full-Time - Nights (Rotating Weekends - Every Other Weekend)

Shift Differentials: Nights $3.50 | Weekends $6.00

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during shifts.

Assist with efficient admission and discharge processes.

Monitor nursing care to uphold quality standards.

Implement strategies to enhance staff and patient experiences.

Recommend hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for staff.

Help with staff scheduling and manage labor resources based on patient needs.

Ensure inventory control and manage supplies.

Act as Charge Nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager overnight.

Capable of delivering babies and assisting in the operating room.

Requirements:

RN license (current and active)

Associate Degree in Nursing is required (BSN preferred)

2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Previous leadership experience in Women's Services, L&D, NICU, or Mother-Baby Units required.

BLS & ACLS (within 30 days of hire)
