This individual will play a critical role in designing, configuring, upgrading, and optimizing Duck Creek Policy solutions to support business growth and operational excellence. What You Will Be Doing Technical Leadership & Development Design, configure, and implement Duck Creek Policy technical solutions aligned with enterprise needs Lead end-to-end technical delivery of implementations and upgrades, including planning, execution, and monitoring Develop enhancements and system improvements prioritized by business and IT leadership Actively reduce technical debt and promote scalable, maintainable architecture Provide rotating on‑call production support Integration & Architecture Collaboration Partner with architects and development teams to design loosely coupled, resilient integrations Collaborate with vendors and system integration partners on co‑development efforts Ensure solutions align with microservices architecture best practices Maintain documentation of application architecture, integrations, and system workflows Quality, Performance & Optimization Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries within Duck Creek ODCH Support defect resolution in partnership with QA teams Ensure high standards for code quality, security, automation, and performance Troubleshoot and resolve production issues independently and collaboratively What You Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (technology‑focused), or equivalent experience Minimum five years of hands‑on Duck Creek Policy configuration, upgrade, and support experience Experience in insurance or financial services (commercial and personal lines; ISO and non‑ISO templates) Strong expertise in Duck Creek toolset including: Express, Server, Author, Transact, Rating, Forms, User Admin Manuscript data model and inheritance models

XSLT, XML, HTML5, SQL
