Human Resources Manager
Role Requirements:
- HR Degree or Certification
- 2+ years of previous HR Experience
- Demonstrates a commitment to personally operating with integrity, treating others with honor, dignity & respect
- Aligns with the vision and CORE values of the Operator and organization
- Displays a working knowledge and proficiency in all area tasks
- ServSafe Certified
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly in-person interviews of applicants
- Conduct weekly virtual interviews of applicants
- Work with Executive Administrative Assistant on maintaining current job postings, sending offer letters, and on-boarding paperwork
- Attend job fairs & recruiting/networking events
- Conduct new hire orientation with Training Director
- Keep employee digital files up to date
- Keep personnel files organized, maintained and in compliance
- Track local, state and federal labor laws and work with Owner/Operator to ensure compliance
- Work with Owner/Operator on annual employee handbook and policy updates
- Partner with Operator on recruitment, and retention efforts
- Partner with Operator to develop local talent strategy.
Pay:
Starting pay $20-$25/hour depending on experience
