About This Role As a PRN Nursing Operations Manager in the Emergency Department, you will manage quality patient care and administrative decisions related to nursing, ensuring appropriate patient placement and facilitating patient throughput. Highlights Pay: $47.00/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Per Diem, Variable What You'll Do Identify and ensure appropriate placement, facilitation, and expedition of all patient flow transactions. Address significant patient issues throughout the house and communicate with relevant leaders. Handle staffing needs and make modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements. Manage the patient experience trans-organizationally to optimize resources for a safe environment. Monitor and adhere to the annual hospital operating budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases, and other actions for budget compliance. Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of professional nursing Experience Three years of experience in an acute care setting Three years of management experience preferred Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
