Telephony Engineer

This client is seeking someone with experience working within the Contact Center side of Avaya, specifically with management and troubleshooting. The Sr. Telecommunications Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, testing and deployment of telephony infrastructure solutions. The Sr. Engineer will conduct cost and traffic analysis to determine the best use of resources. The Sr. Engineer will have to work actively during the design phase with different internal teams and business groups, analyzes the needs of the organization and translates requirements into detailed technical specifications. Collaborates with internal business units and external vendors to ensure all installations meet specifications, ensuring the resolution of problems as they arise.
