Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team-based environment and have a strong aptitude for exemplary customer service.In this role, you will support the Branch Manager by helping lead daily branch operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining operational integrity and compliance, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You will also serve as a trusted partner in implementing branch initiatives and providing leadership coverage when needed.Location: While we have 14 branches across the state of Florida, this position will focus on the Clearwater/Largo area. During training, you will cycle through nearby branches.
