Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 3 years of recent NICU experience, with Level III NICU experience required; Level IV NICU experience is highly valued BLS and NRP required Experience caring for high-acuity neonates, including extremely premature infants Comfort working with CPAP/BiPAP, ventilators, oscillators, high-frequency ventilation, PICC/central lines, feeding tubes, blood product administration, and therapeutic hypothermia Experience with Epic preferred Must be comfortable floating as needed and working in a team-based, fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication, critical thinking, and neonatal assessment skills Responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates and infants in a Level III/IV NICU Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with accuracy and urgency Support respiratory therapies and manage advanced neonatal equipment as needed Administer medications, blood products, and nutritional support according to NICU protocols Assist with high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgical care Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care Document care accurately in the electronic health record Maintain a compassionate, family-centered approach in a highly specialized care setting Apply now for this rewarding NICU Registered Nurse travel job in Seattle, Washington, and join a dedicated healthcare team making a difference for the tiniest patients.
