Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Distribution Operations – East Greenville, PAAre you a hands-on operations leader who thrives on driving performance, developing teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives?THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing organization to identify an Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations at their East Greenville, PA facility.This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who is comfortable working independently, leading from the floor, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery expectations are consistently achieved. The Operations Manager will oversee a high-mix, build-to-order operation while supporting business growth through process optimization, workforce development, and operational excellence.JOB DETAILS:Compensation: $110,100 to $145,000+ annually, based on experienceLocation: East Greenville, Pennsylvania – 100% on-siteSchedule: Primarily 1st shift hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support site operationsDirect Hire – Comprehensive Benefits Package IncludedESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Lead daily manufacturing, light assembly, warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping operationsCoach, train, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance and operational resultsMaintain a hands-on leadership presence while overseeing day-to-day operational activitiesDrive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performanceCoordinate production, warehouse, and fulfillment activities to meet customer requirements efficiently and accuratelyOptimize labor utilization, workflow, resource allocation, and production capacity planningOversee inventory control, material flow, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operationsMonitor operational KPIs and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvementLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimizationPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and support customer demandEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and operational proceduresSupport budgeting, labor planning, capital projects, and cost management initiativesLead workforce development, succession planning, and employee engagement effortsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse operationsExperience operating within a high-mix, high-volume, build-to-order environment strongly preferredExperience leading manufacturing, assembly, production, or fulfillment teamsStrong understanding of inventory control, material flow, production scheduling, and fulfillment operationsProven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive accountabilityExperience establishing and monitoring KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and on-time deliveryStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesExperience with ERP, WMS, and production planning systemsStrong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting facility consolidations, relocations, expansions, or operational startup initiatives preferredExperience implementing new production lines, workflows, equipment, or operational processes preferredTO APPLY:Qualified candidates may apply by uploading their resume to this job post.We thank all interested candidates.
