Thisisnotamaintenancerole.Wearelookingforaleaderwhounderstandsfranchiseeconomics,knowshowtobuildtrustwithfranchiseeswhileholdinghighstandards,andcantranslatestrategyintoconsistentexecutionacrossthesystem. TheVPofFranchiseOperationswilloverseefieldoperations,franchisebusinessconsultants,operationalstandards,andperformancemanagementacrossallfranchisedlocations.
