CPA Licensed Real Estate Tax Advisor

Focusing on tax planning and advisory services for real estate investors, the full-time CPA Licensed Real Estate Tax Advisor will manage client relationships, deliver tailored tax plans, and provide technical input on complex tax issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact, dedicating up to 50% of time to client meetings via Zoom Create and periodically update customized tax plans for clients Research complex tax issues and coordinate tax preparation needs with the tax team Required qualifications CPA or EA Certification (CPA preferred) Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Tax from an accredited institution 5-7 years of experience in real estate and small business tax compliance and planning Experience managing client relationships and ensuring accurate engagement objectives Familiarity with tax projections using professional tax planning software
