Exciting opportunities are available for two experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide vital support to students across a district-wide, K-12 setting. This contract role runs through May 2027 and offers the rewarding chance to help students enhance their communication skills in supportive school environments. Serving various campuses, you’ll enjoy collaborating with and mentoring SLPAs, providing therapeutic interventions, and working as a valued member of a multidisciplinary educational team.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas SLP license (please submit documentation with your application)
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to supervise and support SLPAs onsite
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Duties:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across the district
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and participate in IEP/ARD meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to develop and implement effective interventions
• Supervise SLPAs as needed, ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with district and legal guidelines
