We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up and calibrate machines to begin production cyclesControl and adjust machine settings such as speedFeed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machinesInspect parts using precision and measuring toolsPeriodically test machine operationTroubleshoot and fix issues during shiftsMonitor and check output for errors or defectsMaintain production records and activity logsIdeal Candidate Should:Be productive in a fast-paced environmentHave a strong work ethic and attention to qualityBe respectful and work well on a teamBe capable of working independently when neededBe able to lift 25–45 lbs consistentlyBe willing to work overtime as neededJob Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (6 months or more) is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train motivated individualsOpportunities for advancement availableBenefits:Weekly pay (every Friday)Paid holidays and vacationSupplemental medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disabilityReady to build your future with us?
