Field Operations ManagerSERVPRO Colorado Springs is now hiring a Field Operations Manager to join our growing team. A great candidate for this role is someone with management/supervisory experience within the restoration, mitigation and or construction industry, and who has a demonstrated strong operational skill set. Manage all aspects of Franchise production.Keep the Regional Operations Manager updated on production.Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints.Full P-N-L responsibilitiesManage daily activities of the operations team. Evaluate job estimates to make sure all services are captured accurately. Oversee and verify accuracy of job estimates, resulting in increased profit margin.Ensure effective job scheduling of job, staff, vehicles, and equipment. Oversee completion of work orders. Confirm daily documentation of work, ensuring all files are accurate and complete.Manage production staff, as necessary. Assume role of estimator, production manager, or construction project manager as needed.Develop and maintain a group of qualified subcontractors and material suppliers. Ensure complete customer satisfaction.Provide training for teams on equipment, product and safety processes, (OSHA) and customer service.Assist in the hiring and retention of production staffReview and sign off on Estimate and Job Files.Overall responsibility in making sure the facility runs smoothly, vehicles are in good working condition, product and inventory are well stocked and up to date.This position will report directly to The Regional Operations Manager.Qualifications:10 years of increasingly responsible duties within the Restoration IndustryIICRC Certifications preferredSupervisory experience requiredAssociates or Bachelor's degree preferredProficient in delegation while maintaining control over branchAptitude in conflict management and business negotiationsIndustry specific knowledgeEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
