Shift: Either 4:00 PM to 12:00 am. or 12:00 am to 8:00 am and Weekends as required Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems. The Manufacturing Technician complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls.

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems. The Manufacturing Technician complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls.
- Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
- Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
- Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers and bills of material.
- Maintain production tools and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process or program defects and repair them.
- Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; perform wire preparation, stripping and crimping; perform harness repair and termination; use pertinent manual hand tools.
- Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation and programming.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Certifications:
- IPC 610 a plus, but not required
Experience:
- 3 years Electro-Mechanical Technician experience
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined individual
- Able to use electric test equipment such as meters, power supplies, etc.
- Able to follow procedures and processes
- Able to assess test results based on specifications
- Able to Solder
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Must possess the ability to multi-task to run multiple test and calibration equipment at the same time.
Schedule:
- This position is for night shift. Either 4:00 PM to 12:00 am. or 12:00 am to 8:00 am
