Job Title

Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit's success by providing customer service to customers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follows university and store operating policies and procedures 2. Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request 3. Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service 4. Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues 5. Communicates information to manager 6. Assists with new employee training 7. Follows FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines 8. Maintains a clean and organized workspace

This is not a supervisory position. This position does not have any financial responsibilities. This position will not be required to drive. This role is not considered a position of trust. This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card).

Background Check

Standard Enhanced Per the University System of Georgia background check policy, all final candidates will be required to consent to a criminal background investigation.
