Compensation: $65,000-$70,000/Year
Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking an Interior Designer for a client in the healthcare industry. This role is responsible for developing interior color schemes, furnishings, and accessory plans by interpreting blueprints and construction drawings. The Designer will support renovation and new construction projects while helping maintain functional and visually cohesive healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interior design concepts, color palettes, furnishings, and accessory plans.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to support design execution.
- Travel to healthcare facilities to coordinate and install furnishings and décor elements.
- Partner with architects, contractors, project managers, fabricators, and facility leadership on renovation and new-construction projects.
- Support miscellaneous facility design needs and ensure adherence to established aesthetic standards.
- Maintain project documentation and communication to support project goals and compliance requirements.
- Work within active facility and construction environments and support installation activities, including occasional extended work hours when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, including corporate, commercial, or facility-based environments.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with CAD software, particularly Revit.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
