Required Skills:

• Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in an executive role within healthcare or related organizations
• Strong strategic planning and operational management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of healthcare practices, revenue cycle management, and compliance standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare regulations
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
• Must possess current AHA BLS certification
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care settings
• Familiarity with value-based care and Medicare Advantage models
• Background in rapidly growing or multi-site healthcare organizations
• Advanced proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and healthcare reporting tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a multi-provider healthcare setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed for organizational needs
• Must hold current AHA BLS certification
