Business Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and submit claims
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous dental front desk experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
Experience with dental software (Open Dental)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
